New with Tags. Black Tie dress with shimmer and shine. Elegant and eye-catching paillettes. Sleeveless. Knee length. Length approx 37”. Hidden zipper with hook and eye closure above a slit. Slit is approximately 8” in length. Optional bow that has hook and eye for across the back. Bow is approx 23” long. I had the bow professionally taken off to reveal the open back. Black tie only in my opinion.
