Sail to Sable Navy Sparkle Tweed Cowl Neck Top.  Blue with large gold back buttons and metallic thread. New with tags.  MSRP $188. Size M. Measures 19 inches armpit to armpit. Measures 23 inches collar (at shoulder) to bottom. The size tag has been detached from the item label. There are water spots on the inside lining where I wiped makeup off of the lining from store try-ons.  They are not visible from the outside and should go away when cleaned.  See last photo for closeup.
