Shein Black cutout dress

As you know Shein does not come with tags attached it only comes in poly bags. this is NEW! I only took it out of the poly bag to take pics. This dress says it is a size Large but in my opinion it runs small and I'd say it is more of a S/M than a Large. again, this is my opinion and why I priced it accordingly. I also have it listed as a size Medium because I do not believe it is a large black dress with cut outs color may vary on listing due to photography
