Sleeveless dress

Perfect for holiday parties, this dress is a flowy sheer crepe fabric with silky black lining. It is fitted at top and slightly flared at the bottom. Just below the knee length. If you don't care for the sheer green belt detail it can be cut off and replaced with your own belt.
