Sophisticated Jacket and Skirt Set

No size tags, Skirt 26in waist, top of waist to bottom 26in with beautiful by nylon liner, all probably a rayon polyester outer shell. Jacket is a shorter waist cut 19in long in front almost 20in in length in back the armpits measure is 18in in the back. Which means bust is 34 to 36 in total. I think it is a 10 petite based on sizes of my other clothes when I had worm this outfit.
