Beautiful vintage gown with slit on side iconic knit. 1970s vintage St Johns 2 Piece Evening Gown in her iconic Santana knit. You’ll see two types of weave in this dress. This allows for a great and flattering fit. This is one timeless dress. It might be from the 70s but this dress can withstand the decades. You’d never know it was from that decade. It looks like its been in a time capsule. There are no signs of wear, no moth holes and the black is jet black. There are 11 buttons total. 5 on the dress and 6 on the jacket. The ones on the jacket adorn each faux pocket and there are two on either side of the vent sleeve on each arm. The dress has a stunning and tasteful plunge line and a slit up the side to give you a little extra sexy peek-a-boo. It is a sleeveless dress. The jacket can provide warmth and cover if you’re feeling chilled. You can see from the photos it is Marie St Johns signature seam edge finishing. They’ve woven into the fabric.
