St. John's Bay Red Skort - Size 18

I just love these skirts with the hidden shorts underneath! 98% Cotton and 2% Spandex Practically brand new--bought this -wore it a couple times and the next spring it didn't fit anymore. Waist measures 20 inches flat and the length is 19 inches.
