Style & Co. 20W White Skirt with Decorative Flower

This pretty skirt is 97% Cotton and 3% spandex It is machine washable and dryable It measures 25 1/2 inches long from waist to hemline I'm also posting separately the short sleeve t-shirt I bought and wore with it. I've included a picture of the outfit. This skirt is fun and can be dressed up or down.
