this thing is a true beauty. I always got compliments everywhere I wore it. the front is open with no closures. the sleeves go almost to the wrist but have a strap and button to pull up the arm. the ends starting at the neckline down the front has fringe all the way down. as you can see the waistline stops but the material goes down father.
