New, Beautiful! Love the way this wrinkled fabric lays. Very flattering. Labeled Size Medium but, due to the gathered wrinkle effect, this has lots of extra room, so I have listed as a Size M - L. Please see approximate flat measurements below for your best fit. So pretty! Great colors and pattern. Would be keeping if this was my size.
