T & V Limoges small plate

T&V Limoges china plate. 6” hand painted with red and yellow flowers and gilt edge. Gilding is darkened in some spots- no scratches, nicks or cracks. Please see photos for best representation. The marks on this plate identify it as being 1907-1919. A little bit of history in your hand!
