1999 Holiday Teddy is made from a pale blue fabric covered in white snowflakes and features black button eyes and a black button nose. Around it’s neck is a dark blue scarf also with the white snowflake pattern. 1999 Holiday Teddy was introduced on 31st August 1999 He was the third Holiday Teddy to be released by Ty. 1999 Holiday Teddy was retired on 23rd December 1999.
