The Limited ivory and black dress ruffle neck 14

Black and cream dress from the Limited. Perfect for the office or pair with a sparkling belt & necklace for wedding guest. Top has black trim v neck with cream ruffle around collar and flutter sleeve. Bottom has defined waistband in black gabardine fabric that has a little stretch and flattering seams. Hidden side zip.
