Unique Southwest red carved inlaid coral and black sterling silver ring

This ring was hand made by Native American people. I’m unsure which tribe, but this is a very unusual and beautiful ring design. It features a carved red floral image in black textured background with a shadow box setting. This was described to me as enamel when I purchased it, but you can tell it’s not enamel because the texture of the red and the color within it looks exactly like sponge coral. It also lacks the shiny flat surface of enamel. There’s a lot of attention paid to this design. There are curved symbols on the side of the ring That remind me of mountains and moons with some thing else in the sky. These are oxidized for Depth.
