VTG Y2K Spicy Rayon Dress

Women's excellent pre loved condition, vintage Y2K black Spicy 100% rayon (stretch) mini dress with wide elastic cuffed 3/4 dolman sleeves. Has little peek a boo shoulders and gray logo charm.
