Velvet beaded black belt/neck tie

This is a great accessory, could be used as belt or i have seen it worn as a neck scarf/tie. Great quality velvet material with black beads in great condition never used but i had cut the white tag because it was odd looking on the black (see picture) . It was made and purchased from Lord & Taylor.dress not included in this sale.
