Victorian silver pitcher floral detail

Can’t find any information on this pitcher other than the design resembles Victorian pitchers. So possibly made during the Victorian era. Has some sort of strainer inside and a decorative etched pattern. Not sure if silver or silver plated Letters read D&Co-MER plated 23 See my other vintage/antique items Cross posted
