Lying flat I measured the chest armpit-to-armpit at about 25.5" across. Approx. 27" long. The sleeve is about 26.5" long from shoulder seam to cuff. Lightweight construction -- almost like a windbreaker material, but not loud. Snap button front closure. Two front snap pockets. Button cuffs. Adjustable drawstring at hem.
