Vintage 12” Oval Rice Flower Serving Platter

This vintage 1960's platter features the rice pattern by Tienshan. It measures 12" x 8.5". There are Chinese characters on the bottom with the words Made in China. To make this kind of decoration, called rice eyes, holes are pierced through the walls of rough, unfired porcelain and then filled with translucent glaze. Check photos closely for description.
