Vintage 12k gold filigree pearl heart brooch/pendant and earrings . The brooch has a hook for a chain so it can be a pendant also. Earrings are screw backs Earrings have the stamp for 12 k gold filled Brooch/pendant just reads 12 k gold. In good vintage condition , a few little spots of tarnish that should clean up when polished. These were my grandmas items.
