Vintage 3 face porcelain doll head

This rare find has 3 faces painted on one porcelain head. I don't know a lot about the piece other than it's rare, never been on a doll body in the past 8yrs I've had it (if ever), and it's in great shape for it's age. There may be a couple of scuff marks where it has bumped against something while stored but there are no chips or cracks. Thanks for looking!
