Vintage 60s 70s Something Special Poet Satin High Neck Ruffle Womens Blouse S. Blouse is in good pre-owned condition; does have a few flaws that need to be noted. There is a seam on the shoulder coming undone and a few stains as shown in photos. I am dating this blouse to the 60's-70's but not 100% sure of its age. There is no size tag but fits on a size 6 mannequin well and measurements are consistent with a size small. Refer to additional measurements in photos.
