Did some research but unable to find what a vintage size “C” equates to. Please see photos for measurements and let me know if you’d like any other additional measurements. Great quality, heavy duty jacket/shacket. Last two photos are of my husband who wears a size large and it fit him perfectly.

bfrue @hollysthebest I added a couple photos of my husband wearing it. He wears a size Large in most things so I would say that it is very close to a modern men’s large.
