Vintage 70s custom made medium wash denim blazer. Fold down disco collar with full button front closure, pleated chest detail, long sleeves with split hem, 2 hip pockets, fully lined in satin southwest aztec pattern, longer length, and a straight hemline with side split seams. Some discoloration around cuffs from use and age, shown in pictures. No material tag. Custom made no size tag, fits like a large. See measurements below.
