Vintage 80s - early 90s Roberta flirty off shoulder fit and flare mini dress. Retro black with large white polka dot print. Off shoulder with scalloped collar. Short sleeves. Zipper back. Lined bodice. Made in USA. Size 9 / 10 (vintage) 18" pit to pit laid flat. 14.5" waist, flat. 33" length. Great preowned condition. I want to note a small mark and slightly stressed seams on the sides as pictured.
