Vintage Bila Woman Black Velvet Checkered Patchwork/Chiffon Embroidery 2X Dress

Vintage patchwork with beautiful intriquet detail on the chest area. Buttons adorn the front with embroidery detail all on black velvet. Bottom half of the dress is a sheer, chiffon material which is lightweight and whimsical!!! Please note last photo, shows some ever so small snags/holes. Not noticable at all, but it being very vintage, I wanted to point it out. I'm sure it can be easily patched up. Very gypsy, Bohemian vibe with this beauty! Super RARE!
