Vintage Joni Blair Elastic Waist Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @midniteposher. Really cute but you’ll need a slip for underneath it (very sheer), which I didn’t realize until the day of the event I was attending. So I did not wear. Questions? Leave a comment below!
