Vintage Large Sterling Silver 925 Etched Puffy Heart Pendant 925 Puffy Heart. Marked on the top and also acid tested to confirm for sterling. This is a hollow and lightweight puffy heart. Beautiful etched designs. Nice large size. There are some small indents along the edges as shown, surface scratches and tarnishing due to age.
