Vintage Large Sterling Silver 925 Puffy Heart Pendant Sterling Puffy Heart. Marked on the top and also acid tested to confirm for sterling. This is a hollow and lightweight puffy heart. Nice large size. There are some small indents along the edges as shown, surface scratches and tarnishing due to age. I also have a nice sized etched sterling puffy heart listed separately.
