Vintage NIB Taco Bell Chihuahua

This lil guy is adorable and still in his original package. He does not talk- which is more than likely a battery issue however, without opening him I cannot know for a fact. Therefore, I'm listing him as new- non working. I have a different one listed if anyone would like to bundle!
