Vintage Pink Mother of Pearl Sterling Silver 925 Angel Heart Necklace Pendant

Hallmarks: 925 G Weight: 8g Length: 1.32" Condition: Pre-loved condition. The heart is gold tone. I'm not sure if the heart has an uneven patina, or possibly gold plated & a bit of the gold has rubbed off.
