Vintage dress from 1940

Really beautiful dress from my grandma From the early 1940’s late 30’s Pretty navy blue One small hole in one of the armpits I think can be easily fixed A couple of stain see last couple pictures I have never tried to clean it. My sister wore it once in 2000 and might have gotten the food stains on it 😖 It’s been in a closet forever and I want someone to appreciate it. Any questions please ask me. I will respond back quickly
