West Kei XL blouse

Has a pebble like pattern all over. Sleeves are long and sheer with elastic at the ends. Has a faux button down feature with pearlescent buttons. Body is lined. No stretch to fabric. There is one button missing towards the bottom, which I originally missed. I don't feel it's really noticeable, it's still tacked closed since it's not a functional button.
