White Lacy Knee Length Dress, XL (14/16) - White - NEW

This is a brand new, never worn white lacy dress in size extra large. Someone in my family purchased and just changed their mind. There are two front "pockets" although I use that term loosely. There are several layers of tulle and a liner layer as well, which is pictured. I'm happy to provide measurements if requested!
