Wrapper black velvet sparkle 3/4 sleeve top, scoop neck, has a little stretch but meant to fit snug to high-ten the bust line, the sparkle does shed a little, late 90s vintage, overall in great condition, care tag is a little warped, 100% poly, armpit to armpit laid flat not stretched 17 1/2” across, 20” long. Size medium.
