Iconic Paris Blues Ultra flare bottoms from the late 1990's, approximately 1998. These were super popular back in the day. High waist, super fitted. Really cute on, makes everything look good. VIntage from my closet, kept in superior condition. The only damage is in bottom right hem, very bottom, looks distressed and makes it cooler to me.
