Charming pressed design sterling silver blue eyed kitty cat has one paw waving hello & is wearing a bright blue bow brooch circa 1950's. Hallmarked Sterling on its tail & etched with the name Ruth Scott, it measures 2 inches at it widest by 2 inches tall. Although pre-owned, the brooch is in good condition.
