These worked great 1month and up. she is now 3.5 months and length wise they are too short for her. she's 22" We used both sizes 0-3 they fit snug through body so cozy and good length Medium still has box. Both worn but like new. No stains or tears. Washed on gentle just a few times. The are incredibly soft. Double Zippers and cuffs for hands or option to leave open.
