2 pair of Nike running shorts

2 pair of Nike running shorts. Baby blue and peach. Size small. Both are lined and lining in perfect condition. Blue pair in perfect condition. The peach as well with the exception two gray dots on the waistband and three above the swoosh. And two more on the top left upper seam. Refer to all the pictures. The last three pictures show the dots. I am uncertain what it is, like a splash of something, maybe gray paint or ink
