38 B 30 W EXCEPTIONAL 1910 Edwardian Lace Dress ala Polonaise Teens

This is in good condition for the age it does need some small mends done on certain areas that are shown in the photos. Some missing fasteners and fraying at back closure. There are also a couple of small stains near the shoulder please see all photos. Please note that the belt is not included. The dress is one piece with the over script being attached to the underskirt. Bust 38, Waist 30, Hip 46. These are max measurements. Please allow 1 inch in the waist and bust for ease of wear. 52 long.
