3D Needlepoint Christmas Tree

Vintage Handmade 3D Needlepoint Christmas tree. This is a wonderful Christmas decoration, probably from the 1970's. It has pom pom embellishments as well as some gold trim to represent garland. I undid the bottom to see what was inside. There was nothing, but I think some fiberfill or other type of filling should be added so that it's shape can be held. You will have to sew or glue the bottom section, if you want it closed.Overall it is in great shape. One yellow pom pom does show staining and wear. I think this would look lovely on a mantle or on a tabletop. Measures approx. 14.5" tall.
