Brand new, never worn or broken in. Small rub line below the right back pocket (pictured) that will definitely blend in once worn a few times. They didn't fit me. I was too optimistic. Closed waist is a 15.25, Inseam 35" and thigh is a tight 8" Rise is 10.5. Reposhing this item I purchased from @ryanimboden.
