4/$50 Vintage Spangler Pleated Button Front Skirt

Spängler "Der rock in der tasche" or "The skirt in the bag" skirt in a light sage green and cream. Wide pleats give way to an a-line cut while the removable belt is weaved well through the openings at the waist to make a perfect cinch and some flexibility for waist size. The skirt can be fully opened by the center front pearlized buttons. One of the best things about this cute 70s(?) school girl skirt, is that it can be easily folded to keep the pleats in place. Just hold one end of the belt as you slide the skirt together! See photo of it folded (kind of like old school curtains). Approximate measurements: Waist 19” (full width 40”) Length 29” Not stretchy 45% polyester 37% wool 18% viscose Excellent vintage condition. No wear however there is one small stain near the fold towards the front, difficult to see. It looks like a pen mark. See pics.
