*50% PRICE DROP!* Rare YELLOW Welly 1:24 Ferrari F50 die-cast model car

Was $179 - now $89! Get it before it's gone! This is what a collector in the UK told me when I finally found someone who could tell me about this model: these die-cast Ferrari F50s were made by Welly for about a year between 1996 and 1997 in red and yellow, and are hand-finished, resulting in variances in trim paint (aluminum painted engine trim, black stripe) and sticker placement. The vasty majority were red, and yellow cars are rare and sought-after by collectors. There were two Welly F50 models in the 1990s, this one and a pull-back convertible. The pull-back cars were produced in higher volume and were sold as toys for kids to play with (pull-back coil spring mechanism). This is not a pull-back, and is the much more collectible fixed-roof "roller" F50 (wheels rolls freely on rubber tires) of which fewer were made. 8,255 F50 "rollers" were reportedly built. 95% red, 5% yellow. This means 413 yellow roller Welly F50s were built, 26 years ago. The UK collector was dismayed I had unboxed it, and told me if it were still boxed, it would be worth a fortune. This model is in VGUC, showing only light signs of shelf use, 8/10 (very light scratches, sticker wear). Now reduced 50% to $89, a truly fantastic price. This should appreciate nicely over time if well cared for. The photos are an integral part of this listing.
