60s Handmade‎ Felt Skirt and Matching Top

This beautiful set is in very good condition! I can see just under the waistband where the felt is starting to this, you may opt to reinforce that from the inside. Was made by a lifelong home ec teacher who consigned many if her hand made items to me and is excited for them to go to new homes. Darn her 24 inch waist!
