Open for offers The outside of these boots are in good pre owned condition. They have some normal scrapes and scuffs. As well as a small amount of greening where some of the rhinestones are only on a couple spots. (Not really noticeable) These are sold as “PROJECT BOOTS” Due to the extreme amount of peeling that is happening inside the boot. Maybe people just scrape off all of the inside and wear as is or you can put a new lining if you’re a pro ;) Only selling these for $50 because of that. These retail for $400
