@spbrenner it does have some stretch. Cotton and spandex is the material. Just not sure exactly how much. But no worries. Thank you for stopping by my shop!

@redcoco_ Yeah, I have some skirts that have spandex in them and they stretch lots in the waist and I have other skirts that say theyb have spandex in them that does not stretch in the waist very much. The only way I can know for sure is if a person lays out a yardstick or a tape measure and then tries to stretch the wasted 17. 🙄
