I’ve had this skirt for quite some time and never wore it. It’s from the 80s. It’s gorgeous soft leather with a zipper front and button and a high waist. Two pockets at the hip. One pocket flap at the back. Belt loops at the waist.For a very small waist because it measures 12 inches across. Length is 23 inches top of waist to bottom of hem. Fully lined.
