80s Sailor Dress Costume like Stranger Things Scoops Ahoy

Very Robin from Stranger Things in her Scoops Ahoy uniform, this is a real 80s vintage sailor dress. It is about 14" flat lay ptp, about 31" from shoulder seam to hem. It has cool shiny star buttons. Overall it's in good condition and ready for fun- it does have a hole in the underside of the collar webbing (see pic) and the bottom white strips have tiny picks. Now the hole is not visible and the picks do not diminish the coolness but I want to fully disclose because this really is a bad a$$ piece. Please verify the measurements because vintage does run small. Non-smoking home
