New with tags revolve brand, Michael Lauren one shoulder T-shirt. This is very stretchy size small but will definitely fit up to a large. I wear a size large and this fits me with plenty of extra room very stretchy pit to pit. The best I can get is approximately 25 inches so extremely oversized wear off the shoulder on one side or not, however you want to, very cute comfy shirt
